Keeping the body and mind healthy is one of our biggest responsibilities. If the body is over worked no amount of food and exercise can bring it back to its normal healthy condition. Lack of rest and sleep makes it impossible for the muscles to recover from workout and they will not become firmer.
For bodybuilders, the quantity and kind of food they take in should be given much importance. Their diet should include carbohydrates, protein and some dietary supplements. Dietary supplements are taken for enhancement of some body parts and to facilitate the muscle development.
Being healthy does not only involve being away from illnesses but it also entails the proper development of tissues and muscles and keeping the bones well toned. Keeping healthy entails discipline and the desire to stay fit and healthy.
